Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! On average to the United States, a package can take 7-12 days to arrive from the date of shipment. Other countries may see similar or slightly longer average shipping time. Around half the time is spent reaching the destination, while the other half is spent being routed to the proper facilities before making it to the customer in the destination country.

Domestic Order Shipping Times:

  • On-Demand Printing Products* (ships from Detroit, MI) via UPS Mail Innovations/ UPS Sure Post (final delivery made by USPS): 5-7 business days.
  • Warehouse items (ships from Anaheim, CA)  via USPS: 3-5 business days.

*All apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, yoga pants, long-sleeve shirts, tank tops, etc.) ornaments,  mugs and beer steins.

International Orders (outside of USA) Shipping Times:

***Please note that any applicable import taxes or tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the original shipping cost.

Most of our products that do not require printing and production* are shipped same day or next day. If printing and production is required, it takes an additional 3 – 5 business days depending on what was ordered.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
